Jeremy Lee Welty, 36, of Lehigh Township, passed away Tuesday, October 9, 2007 in Doylestown Hospital, Bucks County, as a result of an auto accident on Route 476 in Bucks County. He was the husband of Faith M. (Wright) Welty. They observed three years of marriage last March 26. Born October 29, 1970 in Fountain Hill, he was a son of Dennis Sr. and Bonnie (Fritz) Welty. of Lehigh Township. Jeremy was a 1988 graduate of Northampton Area High School and also attended Penn State University. After school, he worked at Tru Service as a warehouse supervisor for a time and was currently employed as a courier for Quest Laboratories, Allentown. Jeremy enjoyed playing drums and was a drum instructor for a while. He was an Oakland Raiders and Penn State football fan. Survivors: In addition to his wife, Faith, and parents, Dennis and Bonnie, he is survived by a brother, Dennis Lee Welty Jr.; maternal grandmother, June Bruch; maternal grandfather, Robert Brodt and his wife, Edna; aunts, uncles; cousins; friends, all who mourn his passing. He was preceded in death by his paternal grandparents, Audrey and Tillman Welty. Services: A celebration of the life of Jeremy Welty will be held at 6 p.m. Tuesday, October 16, 2007 from the George G. Bensing Funeral Home Inc., 2165 Community Drive, Route 946, Village of Moorestown-Bath. A calling hour will be held Tuesday from 5 p.m. until service time in the funeral home.
