I was not able to find any other details or an obituary for Michael, except for this post from his Daughter the day after his passing:

To all whom my father has touched in his 45 years, to anyone who remembers his laugh, to those he gave the most grief to (cough, cough... Dallas fans), to everyone that was there during good times and those who held their breath during the bad... to anyone that loved my dad as a friend, a brother, a father, a grandfather, a son, an uncle... please read this with a drink in your hand and a shoulder to lean on because that is what he would have wanted...
Yesterday, February 23rd, 2016, the world lost a real piece of work, and my world will never be the same. He went peacefully, and as with everything he does, he went on his terms. We are sorry to all of those that we couldn't call personally, you were all important to my father and I know he totally expected me to call everyone in his phone, but there are only so many hours in the day... 
Services have not yet been arranged, I will be sure to update with information as it comes to light. For any specific questions or if you need to reach out to the immediate family, please private message me and I can field all of that.
